Not a truck and a pressure washer.

Revive Power Washing Inc. is a hard surface restoration and remediation company based in Burlington, Ontario. We've served residential, commercial and industrial clients across Southern Ontario for decades, and we've toured water treatment plants to make sure the way we do it holds up downstream.

Our story

Four things we do that most companies in this trade don't.

Water

We went to the treatment plant.

We have toured various cities' and towns' water treatment facilities to build an in-depth understanding of the impact that discharged grey water has on the environment, lakes and streams. We're involved with groups and government agencies to stay on top of ways to safely neutralize and discharge any and all waste water.

Our wash trailers recover waste water and recycle it through a 10 micron filtration system. Not only is recovery the right thing to do, in some jurisdictions it's the law.

Chemistry

Forty-three detergents.

At last count, we stock and use forty-three different kinds of detergents on a regular basis. We carry that many so we can effectively clean almost any substrate without causing damage to the surface, the surrounding areas or the environment.

The true art behind power washing isn't the pressure. It's matching the cleaning agent to the contaminant that needs to come off.

People

The crew reflects on you.

When you hire Revive, our employees show up in company uniforms. They conduct themselves professionally, with an understanding that everything they do on your site reflects directly on you, the customer, and the image you want people and companies to associate with you.

Paperwork

Certificates before pressure.

We always supply Workplace Safety and Insurance Board certification and proof of $5,000,000 liability insurance prior to job start. We're ContractorCheck approved, so procurement and facilities teams can onboard us without the chase.

How we work

Four steps, every time.

Whether it's a one-time spill or a recurring program across a portfolio of buildings, the process is the same. That's why the results are.

  1. Site assessment

We walk the site, identify the surface and the contaminant, and note drainage, access and what's nearby that can't get wet.

  2. Method and agent selection

Water, hot water, dry ice or dustless abrasive, and the detergent matched to the contaminant from forty-three we keep in stock.

  3. Execution

Uniformed crew, containment and water recovery where needed, WSIB certification and proof of insurance in your hands before we start.

  4. Walk-through and documentation

Before-and-after photos for your records and a walk-through with the person who signed off on the job.
