What we collect when you use reviveit.ca, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Short version: we keep what you send us through a form so we can call you back, and nothing else.

Who we are
This website is operated by Revive Power Washing Inc. ("Revive", "we", "us"). Our website address is https://reviveit.ca.
What we collect
When you submit the request form or the careers application form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, site address, the services you're asking about, your message, and, for applications, your resume. We also record the time of the submission, your IP address and your browser's user agent string. These last two are used only to detect and block spam and abuse.
The website itself does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors, to understand how many people visit and which pages they read.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request for a quote or service, to consider your application for employment, and to protect the website and our inbox from spam. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Your submission is delivered to us by email and stored in our secure records. To do that we rely on service providers who process the data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, bot protection and storage) and Resend (email delivery). These providers may store data outside Canada. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Embedded videos
Job videos on this site are hosted on Vimeo and load only when you press play. When you do, Vimeo may set its own cookies and collect data according to Vimeo's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Service requests are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep a record of the work, typically up to seven years for business records. Applications are kept on file for future openings unless you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're required to keep. Email rich@reviveit.ca or call 905-208-4308.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are protected against automated abuse, stored in access-controlled systems and delivered only to Revive staff.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
