Stop the spread and protect the drains before anything else. The first minutes decide whether a spill stays a cleanup or becomes a discharge.
Recover
Vacuum recovery and closed-loop wash trailers pull the contaminant and the wash water back off the surface instead of pushing it downstream.
Clean
Hot water and the detergent matched to the contaminant, from forty-three we keep in stock, so the surface comes back without damage to it or the surroundings.
Document
Before-and-after photos for your environmental file, and a straight answer about what was recovered and how it was handled.
